The Boys Rule understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for full/partial refund for the subtotal amount (minus the taxes and original shipment fees) once we confirm the eligibility of the item(s) you wish to return. Unfortunately, at this time return shipping costs for all items returned will be at the expense of the customer.
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a full/partial refund for the subtotal amount minus the taxes and original shipment fees. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in your refund being cancelled and items will be mailed back to you. At this time the Boys Rule does not offer exchanges due to the limited availability of our items. All backpacks and accessories are final sale.
All items returned to the Boys Rule will be at the expense of the customer within the 14 day shipment period. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return. A tracking number must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to the Boys Rule. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return in a promptly matter. Any return items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt. Please keep in mind that original shipment fees are not refundable and not applicable to your full/partial refund.
